Kelsey Hahn is the CEO & Co-Founder of Monark, an organizational and talent advisory firm. A former competitive hockey player with an MSc in Organizational Behaviour from Queen’s University, she has spent over 15 years advising CEOs and executive teams on performance, succession, and organizational health. Since 2020, she has led Monark’s growth across North America, supporting 60+ organizations and 20,000 leaders across private equity, oil and gas, aviation, and industrial sectors in assessment, behavioral science, and practical AI-enabled tools. Kelsey also serves on the Board of Directors for the Calgary Chamber of Commerce, where she is Chair of the Finance, Investment & Audit Committee.
