Eric Brown

Eric Brown is the CEO of Planted Solar. Planted is anautonomous power deployment company enabling IPPs and data center builders to build power infrastructure faster and cheaper, everywhere in the world. Before founding Planted, Eric was EVP of Commercial at Carbon Lighthouse, leading business strategy and project development while scaling operations nationwide and improving energy performance in commercial and industrial real estate assets. Prior to that, he led business development at Cogenra Solar (acquiredby SunPower), where he helped bring innovative PV and solar-thermal hybrid technology to market. His early career included engineering and applications roles in solar, aerospace, and oil & gas. Eric holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
