Emilie leads a team of professionals enabling the P&C Claims Operations with data, analytics, insights and research while collaborating with numerous departments within Co-operators to develop solutions that positively impact client and employee experience, claims severity as well as quality, workforce and vendor management. She has a master’s degree in statistics and 10+ years of experience in applying advanced statistical models in health care and in insurance. She developed predictive models for client engagement programs, individual life insurance underwriting, group benefits and claims at Co-operators before becoming a leader of data and data science teams.
